• Full payment or an advance deposit is required to confirm your booking. The remaining balance (if any) must be paid before the departure date.
• We accept payments via credit/debit cards, net banking, UPI, or other approved payment methods.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

• Cancellation policies vary based on the airline, hotel, or tour operator’s terms. Customers are advised to check specific cancellation rules before booking.
• In case of cancellation, a service fee may be charged in addition to supplier-imposed penalties.
• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7 working days after deducting applicable charges.
• No refunds will be issued for no-shows or unused services.

• Any changes to bookings (dates, destinations, names) are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
• Airlines and hotels may charge modification fees, which must be borne by the customer.

5. Travel Documents and Responsibilities

• We provide visa assistance, but approval is solely at the discretion of the respective embassy or consulate.
• It is the traveler’s responsibility to comply with local laws, customs regulations, and COVID-19 travel guidelines.

6. Liability and Disclaimers

• We act as an intermediary between customers and service providers (airlines, hotels, transport companies, etc.). We are not liable for delays, cancellations, accidents, or losses caused by third-party suppliers.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to our website.
• We are not responsible for unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, political unrest, or strikes affecting travel plans.

7. Travel Insurance

• We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover trip cancellations, medical emergencies, baggage loss, and other unforeseen incidents.

8. Conduct and Behavior

• Customers must respect local laws and customs while traveling. Any misconduct or illegal activity may result in penalties or cancellation of the trip.
• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone engaging in fraudulent activities or violating our policies.
